1. Tell me something about yourself. Remember, say something positive.
2. How do handle stressful situations?
3. How do you deal with criticism and stress?

5. Why do you think that you would fit in with this company? (This is where your research comes in handy)

7. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

It makes for a more relaxed setting for the recruiter, but you should remember that it is still an interview, and your behavior must be in accordance to that. The smallest thing can mean the difference between your having a new job, or youre still pounding the pavement trying to score a new interview.
